Come for the workout, stay for the burgers.

Two more tenants are putting down roots at Hill Center Brentwood next year, H.G. Hill Realty Co. announced this week. 

Eat the Frog Fitness will offer personalized workouts in a studio setting and be open 24 hours a day. It was founded by 2008 Olympic gold medalist and decathlete Bryan Clay and longtime fitness executive Joe Culver. 

This is the first Tennessee location for Eat the Frog Fitness, owned by Lee and Beth Ann Stromatt.

The Stromatts searched for a fitness concept that was unique and new to Williamson County. 

“Bryan and Joe’s approach to helping people achieve their fitness goals over the long term was especially appealing to us,” Lee Stromatt said in a news release. 

The 3,000-square-foot studio will open in the first quarter of 2020. Pre-sales have also begun. To learn more, text 615-431-3764.

MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes will also expand to Hill Center. 

Headquartered in Plano, Texas, the fast-casual restaurant serves 100% Angus beef, turkey burgers, black bean veggie burgers and all-beef hot dogs. 

It bakes non-GMO potato and multigrain buns in house daily, and diners can also build their own burgers.
